These terms apply when you order food from Kebab House Derry (“we”, “us”) through our website and app. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
Ordering
- You must be 18 or over to place an order that includes age-restricted items.
- An order is a request to buy. It’s only accepted once we confirm it in the app — we may decline or cancel an order (e.g. an item is out of stock, we’re too busy, or we can’t deliver to your address).
- Please check your basket, address and any allergy notes before paying.
Prices & payment
- Prices are shown in the app and include VAT where applicable. Any delivery fee or service charge is shown before you pay.
- You can pay by card (handled securely by Stripe) or with cash on collection/delivery where offered.
- We do our best to keep prices and descriptions accurate; if there’s an obvious error we’ll let you know before preparing your order.
Account credit, vouchers & rewards
- Account credit and rewards have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for cash.
- Credit may have an expiry date — once it passes, the credit can no longer be used.
- Only one discount can be used per order — account credit and a promo code can’t be combined.
- We may withdraw or change offers, and cancel credit or rewards gained through error or misuse.
Collection & delivery
- Times shown are estimates and can vary with demand, weather and traffic.
- For delivery, please give an accurate address and stay reachable on the phone number provided so we can complete your order.
Allergies & food info
Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, egg and sesame, so we cannot guarantee any item is free from traces. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before ordering.
Cancellations & refunds
As food is prepared fresh to order, an order usually can’t be cancelled once we’ve accepted and started it. If something’s wrong with your order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll put it right. Where a resolution is due, this is normally given as account credit added to your account; a refund to your original payment method is offered as a last resort.
Your account
Keep your login details secure — you’re responsible for orders placed from your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Our responsibility
We’ll provide our service with reasonable care and skill. We’re not liable for losses that aren’t a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms, and nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that can’t be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be on this page with a new “last updated” date.
