An order is a request to buy. It is accepted when the shop confirms acceptance. Check your items, prices, delivery address and contact details before paying. You must be 18 or over for any age-restricted items.

Prices include VAT where applicable. The basket shows applicable service charges and estimated delivery costs; your address confirms the delivery fee before payment. Card payments are handled by Stripe. Cash is available only where offered. If a price is wrong, the shop will contact you before preparing the order rather than increase the agreed price without your agreement.

The order confirmation shows delivery or collection and the expected preparation time. Times are estimates unless a specific time has been agreed. Contact the shop about delays or incorrect delivery details. These estimates do not remove your statutory rights for late or failed delivery.

Contact the shop about allergies or intolerances before ordering. Food is prepared in a kitchen handling allergens, so cross-contamination is possible. General order notes are not a substitute for discussing an allergy. The shop must provide accurate information about the relevant allergens before purchase and on delivery.

Freshly prepared food is generally exempt from the ordinary 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right. Contact the shop promptly if food is missing, incorrect, unsafe or not of satisfactory quality. Keep available evidence where practical. Starting to eat or discarding unsafe food does not by itself remove statutory rights. An entitled money refund uses the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. Account credit is not imposed instead. Card refunds are processed manually through Stripe.

Credit and promotional rewards are subject to the expiry, eligible items, minimum spend, per-order limits and delivery/collection restrictions shown with the offer and at checkout. Credit cannot be combined with promo codes or free-item offers. Promotional credit has no cash redemption value; that does not override an entitlement to a money refund. Credit or offers gained through fraud or error may be corrected.

Keep login details secure and contact the shop about unauthorised activity. You can request account deletion; unnecessary personal details are removed while records required for accounting or legal claims may be retained.

The shop must provide food and services in accordance with applicable consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Northern Ireland law applies, without taking away mandatory consumer protections.

Personal data is used to operate your order and account as described in the privacy notice. Marketing is optional. Contact the shop about order complaints or data-rights requests. Privacy complaints must be acknowledged within 30 days and investigated and answered without undue delay. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
